About the role
Lead product development, innovation, reformulation, and process optimisation to support business growth and product excellence. Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards while improving manufacturing processes.
What you’ll do
• Lead new product development from concept to factory implementation. • Drive product reformulation and cost optimisation. • Develop and optimise manufacturing processes. • Maintain technical documentation and support regulatory submissions. • Oversee quality, safety, and team leadership in R&D.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific or engineering discipline. • 5-7 years experience in food and beverage R&D or FMCG. • Knowledge of food chemistry, sensory science, and product stability. • Understanding of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and Nigerian regulations. • Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.
