About the role

What you’ll do
• Invent and implement RL environments for RTL generation and verification. • Optimize EDA-tool latency and proxy rewards. • Conduct experiments and shape research roadmap. • Deliver work into research and production training. • Collaborate with researchers and engineers across Anthropic.
What you’ll bring
