About the role
Join Deepgram's Research team to prototype and scale novel machine learning models for speech technologies. Work at the intersection of ML, data infrastructure, and tooling to build world-class speech recognition and synthesis systems.
What you’ll do
• Architect scalable training systems for STT and TTS models. • Design internal UIs for ML system accessibility. • Manage training tooling and experiment tracking. • Optimize data preparation and management. • Develop distributed infrastructure and automated evaluation.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with ML research pipeline in speech domains. • Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Prefect. • Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools like MLflow. • Experience building tools for non-technical users. • Hands-on data engineering for unstructured audio and text.
