About the role
Train proprietary frontier models to automate kernel development, ASIC engineering, and hardware operating systems. Use simulators to create data mixes and post-train models to state-of-the-art performance.
What you’ll do
• Own post-training stack end to end. • Build RL environments with engineers. • Create custom data mixes for frontier performance. • Create benchmarks to drive model productivity.
What you’ll bring
• Hands-on post-training experience including SFT and RL. • Experience improving models with scarce data. • Strong PyTorch and distributed-training skills. • Understand RL systems to optimize loop speed and cost. • Entrepreneurial mindset under compute and data constraints.
