About the role
Oversee hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. Coordinate departments to maintain brand standards and service excellence.
What you’ll do
• Oversee hotel operational departments for guest experience and efficiency. • Coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security. • Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs. • Monitor occupancy, VIP arrivals, and guest satisfaction. • Handle guest complaints and service recovery.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years in 4- or 5-star hotel in Lagos or Abuja. • Experience with brand standards and hospitality regulations. • Ability to monitor and enforce health and safety guidelines. • Strong coordination and leadership skills.
