About the role
Manage customer payments and support front-of-house operations at a restaurant. Ensure accurate processing of payments and excellent customer service.
What you’ll do
• Balance cash and reconcile sales each shift. • Verify electronic payments before confirming. • Respond to customer enquiries on bills and payments. • Follow cash-handling and financial control policies. • Maintain accurate sales and payment records.
What you’ll bring
• Familiarity with POS and electronic payments. • Minimum HND or BSc in related discipline. • Previous cashier or payment-handling experience. • Strong numerical and calculation skills. • Good communication and customer service skills.
