About the role

What you’ll do
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service delivery. • Supervise kitchen staff, floor supervisors, and servers. • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance. • Manage inventory, purchasing, and wastage control. • Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
What you’ll bring
• HND or Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field preferred. • 3-5 years restaurant or hospitality management experience. • Experience supervising teams and managing operations. • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cost management. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
