About the role
Lead development and delivery of accurate, inclusive Spanish-language content for Sephora's retail organization. Ensure store teams receive clear, consistent, and culturally relevant information supporting seamless execution and exceptional client experience.
What you’ll do
• Manage end-to-end Spanish translation and localization. • Translate, edit, and adapt content preserving business intent. • Establish quality-assurance practices for Spanish content. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to confirm business intent. • Drive continuous improvement in translation processes and tools.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years professional translation and localization experience. • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English. • Experience with translation technology and content management systems. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Degree or certification in translation or related field preferred.
