About the role
Manage global retail operations for major accounts ensuring timely and accurate product delivery. Build scalable processes and maintain strong retailer and 3PL relationships.
What you’ll do
• Execute global fulfillment for retail accounts. • Develop and monitor KPIs for accounts. • Track shipments and analyze inventory levels. • Communicate with retailer partners and sales teams. • Manage 3PL fulfillment and maintain SOPs.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in related field. • 4+ years in retail fulfillment or supply chain. • Experience managing 3PL fulfillment for retailers. • Knowledge of EDI order flow and warehouse systems. • Strong analytical and project management skills.
