About the role
The role involves converting walk-in and online enquiries into sales while supporting online store and social media activities.
What you’ll do
• Create product videos and promotional designs. • Respond to social media and online enquiries. • Upload and update online store product details. • Attend to walk-in customers and close sales. • Process orders and update customers.
What you’ll bring
• Strong sales ability and customer-first approach. • Willingness to work Monday–Saturday with rotation. • Basic social media post and video creation skills. • Basic computer skills and attention to detail. • Good communication and organisation skills.
