Retirement Plan Consultant II

About the role
Provide objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees on retirement savings plans. Incentive bonus available based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve plan awareness. • Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations. • Assist with targeted education campaigns to increase participation. • Meet with participants to educate on plan participation. • Travel up to 25% for new plan enrollments.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred. • Series 7, Series 66 preferred; state insurance licenses required. • CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable. • Excellent presentation skills. • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
