About the role
Manage e-commerce business operations to drive growth and ensure smooth coordination across teams. Take ownership of business results and improve sales performance.
What you’ll do
• Implement revenue and profitability targets with CEO. • Coordinate Marketing, Telesales, Inventory, Procurement, Dispatch teams. • Monitor sales, advertising, stock levels and delivery operations. • Conduct operational review meetings and manage staff performance. • Track profitability, expenses and ensure accurate reporting.
What you’ll bring
• 3-6 years in e-commerce or related operations. • Experience supervising teams and managing performance. • Knowledge of sales, inventory and delivery processes. • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Excel, CRM and reporting tools.
