About the role
This role supports revenue cycle software applications, providing first level support, implementation, testing, and system management. It involves leading projects, analyzing systems, and maintaining daily operations of revenue cycle systems.
What you’ll do
• Support revenue cycle applications like Epic and Tableau. • Monitor and correct system errors. • Develop and manage databases and reports. • Lead robotic process automation design and testing. • Act as primary contact for IT and vendors.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in revenue cycle software. • Proficiency in Epic Resolute or similar. • Two years hospital billing or revenue cycle reporting experience. • Good oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
