About the role
Lead the AMER Sales Operations team to drive forecasting, planning, and operational efficiency. Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable forecasts and effective sales operations.
What you’ll do
• Own AMER operating calendar and forecast process. • Lead annual sales planning and territory design. • Partner with Finance on sales and financial forecast alignment. • Set standards for pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy. • Mentor operations professionals and drive process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 10+ years in sales or revenue operations. • Experience owning regional/global sales forecast process. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Experience with Salesforce and commercial tech stack.
