About the role
Provide analytical and operational support to Compensation and Benefits. Manage reward data, support payroll, benefits administration, and reward reporting.
What you’ll do
• Support annual salary reviews and bonus processing. • Administer payroll, salaries, allowances, and benefits. • Review contractor payroll and validate statutory remittances. • Maintain reward data in HRIS and ensure accuracy. • Prepare reports and support audits and compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field. • 3+ years experience in reward administration. • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
