About the role
The role ensures compliance through verification of employee credentials, payroll data, and regulatory filings to mitigate risks and maintain audit readiness.
What you’ll do
• Perform daily sanction screenings and credit checks for prospective employees. • Validate monthly payroll data for new hires. • Verify academic and professional credentials for new hires. • Conduct routine access reviews on HCM systems. • Manage expatriate permit applications and quota returns.
What you’ll bring
• 2-3 years experience in audit, compliance or risk-based role. • B.Sc in Business, HR, Risk Management or related field. • Experience with compliance checklists and data verifications. • Proven track record identifying clerical or process errors. • Relevant professional certifications advantageous.
