About the role
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware and system failures across cloud infrastructure. Improve hardware lifecycle and vendor interactions for system reliability.
What you’ll do
• Analyze GPU/CPU hardware failures using logs and performance data. • Perform advanced troubleshooting across hardware and firmware layers. • Serve as technical liaison with hardware vendors. • Coordinate on-site hardware remediation activities. • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Experience using Jira for technical issue tracking. • Diagnose complex hardware and system-level issues. • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA and/or AMD GPUs. • Strong understanding of server hardware and data center operations. • Experience with RMA workflows and hardware lifecycle management.
