About the role
Manage all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of roadway projects. Oversee project plans, budgets, and client relations to ensure successful delivery.

• Plan and supervise project execution. • Forecast revenue, labor costs, and profits. • Manage invoicing and billing. • Establish project management and safety plans. • Negotiate scope changes and secure additional work.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. • 10+ years related experience. • Professional Engineer (PE) license. • Strong project management skills. • Ability to negotiate and manage client relationships.
