About the role
Supervise RTG and RSP maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and quality work. Manage maintenance work orders and coordinate resources for scheduled and emergency repairs.
What you’ll do
• Direct RTG and RSP Foremen and technicians. • Monitor maintenance work orders end to end. • Coordinate with Warehouse and Inventory teams. • Ensure risk assessments and safety procedures. • Supervise shift teams and ensure effective communication.
What you’ll bring
• Strong discipline and quality awareness. • Understanding of asset maintenance planning. • Minimum 5 years operational shift experience. • Good communication in multicultural environment. • Knowledge of maintenance software and PLC programming.
