About the role
Support monitoring and implementation of Safeguarding and PSHEA policies and procedures. Provide technical support and training to staff and partners to ensure compliance.
What you’ll do
• Deliver Safeguarding and PSHEA training to staff and stakeholders. • Support development and dissemination of IEC materials. • Conduct safeguarding spot checks and audits. • Provide technical input into programme design. • Coordinate safeguarding reporting and referral pathways.
What you’ll bring
• University degree in related field. • 4 years experience in Safeguarding within an INGO. • Knowledge of protection, GBV, or gender issues. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with MS Office software.
