About the role
Design and scale automated moderation and safety systems for AI products. Collaborate across teams to improve safety infrastructure and respond to emerging threats.
What you’ll do
• Build automated moderation and abuse detection systems. • Partner with Investigations to identify abuse patterns. • Own architecture and operation of safety services. • Deploy ML models into production safety systems. • Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Safety Policy teams.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years software engineering experience. • Strong backend engineering and API design skills. • Proficient in Python and backend frameworks. • Experience with distributed systems and cloud apps. • Ability to own systems end to end.
