About the role
The Safety Manager implements safety programs at wind and solar project sites ensuring a safe environment for all personnel. The role requires interaction with staff at all levels and managing safety compliance and reporting.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute site specific safety programs. • Conduct safety orientation and training. • Review and track safety violations and audits. • Provide safety reports and analyze incident data. • Coordinate OSHA reporting and safety meetings.
What you’ll bring
• 3 years renewable energy safety experience. • Knowledge of construction and PV industry practices. • OSHA 500/First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
