About the role
The Sales Administrator manages administrative and coordination workflows to support the sales team. This role ensures smooth communication and handoffs across sales, operations, marketing, and customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Serve as liaison between Sales and service divisions. • Coordinate customer handoffs to Service, Controls, Installation teams. • Manage event and administrative support for trade shows. • Create and maintain deal records in HubSpot CRM. • Support proposal development and customer onboarding.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in admin, operations, or sales support role. • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platform. • Proficient in Google Workspace tools. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication.
