About the role
Generate leads, engage decision-makers, build sales pipeline and convert prospects into clients. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through outbound prospecting.
What you’ll do
• Follow up prospects until outcome achieved. • Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. • Support client conversion and retention. • Book and attend sales meetings and presentations. • Prepare and send proposals to clients.
What you’ll bring
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proven B2B sales or business development experience. • Experience selling HR or related B2B services preferred. • Ability to identify and engage decision-makers. • Strong CRM and reporting discipline.
