About the role
Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service across walk-in and online channels. Ensure customers receive proper guidance and a seamless purchasing experience.
What you’ll do
• Transfer paid online orders to Inventory Unit via WhatsApp. • Assist online customers with product selection and payment. • Contribute to sales targets and customer satisfaction. • Conduct post-purchase follow-up calls. • Handle online enquiries via website, Instagram, WhatsApp.
What you’ll bring
• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred. • Minimum BSc with 2-3 years experience. • High professionalism and accountability. • Ability to follow company policies strictly. • Willingness to work rotational shifts.
