About the role
Manage customer enquiries and promote travel services to generate leads and bookings. Drive repeat business and coordinate sales and marketing campaigns.
What you’ll do
• Manage customer enquiries across multiple channels. • Generate leads and convert prospects into bookings. • Promote flights, hotels, holiday packages, and tours. • Identify new customers and business development opportunities. • Execute sales campaigns and coordinate digital promotions.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum OND in Marketing or related field. • At least two years sales or marketing experience. • Experience in travel or customer-facing industry preferred. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools.
