About the role
Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue. Manage marketing campaigns and build strong client relationships to position the hotel as a preferred brand.
What you’ll do
• Execute sales strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets. • Prospect and convert leads including corporate accounts and travel agencies. • Manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. • Optimize company website and OTA profiles. • Collaborate with operations on pricing and promotions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. • 3-5 years experience in hospitality sales and marketing. • Professional certification in Sales or Hospitality is a plus. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and CRM systems.
