About the role
Build the brand and distribution network, grow profitable sales and develop retail, institutional, industrial and export opportunities.
What you’ll do
• Develop sales, pricing, marketing and route-to-market strategies. • Recruit and manage distributors, key accounts and sales teams. • Lead product launches, trade promotions and brand-building activities. • Develop B2B, institutional and export sales opportunities. • Manage demand forecasts, sales margins, customer relationships and collections.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline. • Minimum 10 years sales and marketing experience including 5 years managing teams. • Proven success in launching or scaling consumer brands and profitable growth. • Strong relationships with distributors, retail buyers or institutional customers. • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
