About the role
Be the first contact for property management companies in Switzerland and DACH. Drive growth through high-volume outbound sales activity focused on booking demos.
What you’ll do
• Make 40-50 outbound calls daily to pre-qualified leads. • Pitch decision-makers to book product demos. • Manage pipeline in Pipedrive CRM. • Approve 10-15 new leads daily. • Hit targets of 15 demos booked and completed monthly.
What you’ll bring
• Native or bilingual German and Swiss German fluency. • Hunter mindset with passion for cold calling. • Strong organizational skills with CRM discipline. • Excellent communication skills under two minutes. • Residency in Switzerland with remote or on-site work.
