About the role
Lead and coach the Sales Development Representatives team to improve performance and support sales processes. Provide day-to-day leadership and operational support for the SDR organization.
What you’ll do
• Conduct live call coaching and skill development. • Ensure Salesforce and process hygiene. • Provide daily team leadership and support. • Assist in onboarding and ramping new hires. • Identify coaching and process improvement opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years sales or business development experience. • Strong communication skills. • Coachable and results motivated. • Experience with outbound sales tools a plus. • Interest in construction tech or SaaS a bonus.
