About the role
Manage and grow a dispersed sales engineering team focusing on Enterprise Core business in Mainland Europe. Collaborate with sales and product teams to demonstrate Samsara's platform value to large customers.
What you’ll do
• Manage individual and team performance. • Work on account planning and sales strategy. • Manage escalations in pre-sales environment. • Participate in customer/prospect calls. • Partner with Sales Engineering leaders to improve organization.
What you’ll bring
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or similar. • 5+ years sales engineering management experience. • Experience with Software Product sales: Infrastructure, SaaS. • Knowledge in IoT, Networking, SaaS, Cloud or Physical Security. • Fluent German or French language required.
