About the role
Drive sales, build customer relationships, and manage the store's online presence including social media pages.
What you’ll do
• Drive sales by engaging walk-in customers and responding to enquiries. • Recommend suitable fabrics based on customer preferences and budgets. • Manage store's social media and digital sales platforms. • Create and publish engaging content on fabrics and promotions. • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
What you’ll bring
• BSc, HND or equivalent in related field. • Experience in sales, retail, customer service or digital marketing. • Experience managing social media pages is an advantage. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Basic content creation skills and social media familiarity.
