About the role
Drive sales growth across HORECA, Supermarket/Modern Trade and Key Account channels. Lead and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
What you’ll do
• Lead and develop the sales team. • Achieve sales, volume, distribution and profitability targets. • Monitor market execution and customer relationships. • Acquire and manage strategic customers. • Drive sales and revenue growth across key channels.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 5 years FMCG sales experience. • Valid driver's licence. • Proven sales team management and revenue growth. • HND/BSc in Marketing, Business or related field. • 2-3 years sales management experience. • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
