About the role
Lead sales efforts for SME and trader loans, manage sales teams, and develop lending partnerships. Achieve monthly disbursement targets and maintain portfolio quality.
What you’ll do
• Originate SME and trader loans and manage sales pipeline. • Lead and coach field sales and call centre teams. • Set sales targets and monitor pipeline performance. • Build partnerships to generate lending opportunities. • Recruit and manage affiliate and referral agents.
What you’ll bring
• 5-7 years in SME/trader lending in finance institutions. • Experience in Lagos market loan origination. • Proven sales team management and target delivery. • Knowledge of SME credit assessment and loan documentation. • Experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
