About the role
Lead and supervise the sales and customer service team to achieve sales targets. Manage key customers and drive repeat business in catering sales.
What you’ll do
• Supervise the customer service team. • Convert enquiries into sales and follow up on leads. • Drive repeat business and catering sales. • Upsell products and manage key customers. • Monitor sales targets and KPIs. • Resolve customer issues and prepare sales reports.
What you’ll bring
• HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field. • 1–2 years experience in sales or customer service. • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. • Target-driven with good computer/CRM skills. • Food, hospitality, events, or catering experience is an advantage.
