About the role
Manage SBA 7(a) and Express loan closings ensuring regulatory compliance and client service. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet SBA closing requirements.
What you’ll do
• Manage active pipeline of SBA 7(a) and Express loans. • Interpret and apply SBA SOP guidelines. • Review and validate credit approvals and closing conditions. • Partner with clients and advisors for documentation. • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years SBA loan closing experience. • Strong regulatory compliance knowledge. • Proficient in credit and documentation review. • Excellent client communication skills.
