About the role
Advise and assist students with Veteran Education Benefits and certify enrollment to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Provide customer service and ensure compliance with regulations and university policies.
What you’ll do
• Evaluate student military benefit requirements. • Process VA enrollment certifications accurately and timely. • Interview students and coordinate with VA offices. • Maintain and safeguard VA documentation. • Troubleshoot student issues and resolve complaints.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. • Minimum two years related experience preferred. • Knowledge of Veteran Education Benefits and VA Once. • Skill in Microsoft Office and effective communication. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and problem-solve.
