About the role
Prepare quality meals for learners and staff in a Christian International Boarding School. Manage kitchen operations and ensure food safety standards.
What you’ll do
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of dishes. • Manage kitchen supplies and support menu planning. • Supervise and coordinate with kitchen staff. • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. • Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious meals for students and staff.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum HND in Hotel and Catering Management. • At least 5 years' work experience. • Knowledge of food safety and nutrition. • Creativity, passion, and strong organizational skills. • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably in a school.
