About the role
Drive the B2B outbound sales engine by identifying and engaging potential clients. Build trust and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
What you’ll do
• Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients. • Engage decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls. • Build trust and uncover prospect needs. • Collaborate with Key Account Executives for lead handover. • Manage pipeline and update internal systems.

• Passion for sales and career development. • Comfortable with outbound cold calling and messaging. • Resilient and goal-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (C1). • Independent with high ownership of tasks.
