About the role
Provide technical support and incident resolution for enterprise security solutions. Manage security platform administration and support deployment projects.
What you’ll do
• Provide second-level technical support and incident resolution. • Install, configure, and maintain cybersecurity platforms. • Support deployment and integration of security solutions. • Engage OEMs and vendors for technical issue resolution. • Maintain documentation and prepare incident reports.
What you’ll bring
• HND in Computer Science or related discipline. • 3–5 years experience in cybersecurity engineering. • Experience supporting enterprise security solutions. • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
