About the role
Support and tune ZScaler and DLP policies to protect enterprise data and network security. Manage ticket triage, user support, and organizational alignment for security controls.
What you’ll do
• Triage and categorize ZScaler and DLP tickets. • Investigate and resolve policy blocks and alerts. • Tune DLP detection rules and ZScaler policies. • Maintain policy registry and documentation. • Support organizational alignment and reporting.
What you’ll bring
• 2 to 4 years cybersecurity or related experience. • Knowledge of network security and data protection. • Experience with ticket triage and documentation. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Authorization to work in the United States.
