About the role
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for Customer Success teams. Solve complex security challenges and improve customer outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Serve as technical resource for Customer Success organization. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis. • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand platform and integrations. • Create and maintain documentation and enablement materials. • Improve operational processes and share expertise with team.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years cybersecurity experience with troubleshooting or consultative roles. • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. • Technical depth in security technologies like EDR, NDR, SIEM, cloud security. • Understanding of detection strategies and security operations workflows. • Experience with ticketing or case management platforms.
