About the role
Support after-hours security operations, threat management, and incident response across customer environments. Monitor, investigate, and remediate security threats using EDR platforms.
What you’ll do
• Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents. • Perform threat hunting, containment, and recovery. • Analyze malware, ransomware, and endpoint threats. • Manage alerts from EDR, MDR, and SIEM platforms. • Document findings and maintain incident records.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years cybersecurity or incident response experience. • Experience with EDR platforms, especially SentinelOne. • Knowledge of SIEM solutions like Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel. • Familiarity with Windows Server and Microsoft 365. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
