About the role
Manage and grow client accounts to maximize profitability and market share. Collaborate across departments to ensure client satisfaction and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Complete and execute account plans. • Grow share of managed and new client accounts. • Ensure regular client visits and communications. • Manage deals and future revenue growth planning. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 3 years telecom account management experience. • Knowledge of solution selling and account planning. • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills. • Proficient in Microsoft, Google apps and CRM usage. • Exceptional communication and sales-oriented mindset.
