About the role
Manage end-to-end implementation and account management for Scholarship Granting Organizations using Grant & Aid solutions. Provide high-level client support and drive product utilization and retention.
What you’ll do
• Provide consultative support during sales process. • Lead implementation for Grant & Aid solution. • Build and nurture client relationships. • Manage awarding functions and training seminars. • Resolve escalated client issues and manage tickets.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum two years in customer service or account management. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with FACTS Grant & Aid solution.
