About the role
Manage a high-volume franchise accounts receivable portfolio including collections and cash application. Support internal teams in resolving escalated receivables matters.
What you’ll do
• Own assigned franchise customer accounts and prioritize collections. • Maintain recurring ACH payments and support cash application. • Research billed amounts, payment exceptions, and disputed balances. • Communicate with franchise owners and internal teams to resolve AR issues. • Develop balance resolutions and document customer correspondence.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in accounts receivable collections or high-volume receivables. • Knowledge of AR aging, cash applications, and collections workflows. • Ability to manage large portfolios and analyze data in Excel. • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. • Ability to empathize with hotel owners and resolve issues.
