About the role
Lead and implement staff care and well-being strategies to promote health and resilience. Oversee psychosocial risk assessment and crisis response globally.

• Lead development of staff care and well-being strategies. • Advise teams on resilience in high-risk environments. • Manage crisis response and family liaison program. • Design and deliver training on psychosocial support. • Supervise technical advisors and monitor progress.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Experience working in sensitive situations. • Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools. • Fluency in English; other languages preferred. • Willingness to travel 15% and work flexible hours.
