About the role
Own the AI that assesses patients for US healthcare providers and directs them to appropriate mental health care. Improve and productionize ML models for clinical assessment products.
What you’ll do
• Own conversational AI quality for patient assessments. • Improve safety checks for patient messages and AI replies. • Productionize ML models optimizing clinical predictions. • Build evaluation tools and simulated patient conversations. • Extend AI to new channels like phone. • Turn clinical AI into composable services.
What you’ll bring
• PhD plus 2 years ML engineering or BSc/MSc plus 4 years ML engineering. • Expertise in productizing LLM features and eval-driven development. • Proficient in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript. • Experience building LLM agent harness and reinforcement learning. • Strong architectural skills for scalable ML systems. • Understanding of statistical principles for LLM evaluation.
