About the role
The Senior Analyst supports complex Customer Success Operations projects and acts as a cross-functional problem solver. This role ensures programs reflect real customer success context and drives strategic execution.
What you’ll do
• Bring customer success and account management expertise. • Build and maintain core CS metrics reporting. • Partner with cross-functional teams on complex projects. • Support program delivery with account level context. • Contribute to strategic project delivery.
What you’ll bring
• 3 to 5 years customer ops experience in B2B SaaS or AI. • Prior exposure to customer success. • Strong understanding of SaaS and CS metrics. • Comfortable with Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari or Gong. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
