About the role
Analyze API usage and health to support platform stability and integration quality. Automate checks and provide evidence for API guardrails and improvements.
What you’ll do
• Build continuous picture of API usage and patterns. • Detect misuse, spikes, and recommend API caps. • Automate analysis and triage alerts. • Partner with teams on rate limits and guardrails. • Define good integration patterns and customer expectations.
What you’ll bring
• Several years in data analysis and API observability. • Comfort with logs and metrics tools like Elasticsearch or BigQuery. • Strong statistics and quantitative judgement. • Ability to build automation checks in Python or SQL. • Clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
